The people were friendly, but the way he described the piñata as fast and efficient, especially since it resembled a typical star piñata, was misleading. They took a long time for what they did, which was simply printing a picture and sticking it on. It would have been acceptable if the picture had been fitted onto the circular part of the star, but it wasn’t. It was just a rectangular picture stuck on.
I asked for a specific style of piñata that they didn't have in stock; they told me they could make it for me in 15 minutes, so I agreed. The price for the piñata I chose was $25. I waited about an hour, but when I went to pay at the register, they charged me $35—even though they never mentioned the price would go up, and on top of that, I had to wait far too long.
