Amazing customer service. We had an end of the year prescription which of course means our insurance starts over in January. The clinician overbooked herself and squeezed us in so we could get done prior to January. I am eternally grateful for a company who truly understands and wants to help their patients.
My 11 year old son has Spina Bifida and wears AFOs to help ambulate. We just moved here from out of state and I was so anxious to find a good orthotist for him because his braces are so important for his livelihood and our old one in Idaho felt like 1 in a million. His particular AFOs are unique and when we started searching for the right orthotist several were unfamiliar with them or had never made them before which left me feeling discouraged.
