I want to warn anyone thinking about dealing with this rental broker and his group. My experience was extremely disappointing and felt very misleading. He charged me a broker fee and promised that certain repairs in the unit would be taken care of after I moved in. Based on those assurances, I agreed to the rental and paid the fee. Whether you are a renter or a owner, stay away from this company. For people who work there: I hope you find a better place to work. Everyone! PLEASE read Google reviews. They are true. We were naive to pay the one-month rent broker fee, we were naive to hope that they are not as bad as the reviews say. They have been exploiting people and this business is unethical. Extremely predatory - they will charge you a full month broker's fee without telling you upfront about it, they barely work any hours so they can't even assist you when you need help, and they will charge you more fees left and right. They also call you at all times of day without notifying you in advance instead of emailing you. Do NOT live in a Kenney & Everest property

I have never written a negative review of anything before, but felt compelled to after dealing with Kenney and Everest’s clownery. Avoid this company at all costs. They are incredibly scammy and unprofessional, will waste your time, cost you money, and generally add stress for seemingly no reason. They are a black hole of suck, stay away. Very unprofessional! Will waste your time! There was an apartment I was interested in touring that they had an open house for. The window for the open house was only 45 minutes and I arrived 15 minutes before the ending. The realtor said they were done with the open house and wouldn’t let me see the unit, despite the fact I arrived DURING the window. This was a complete waste of my time. Don’t waste your time with this real estate company!
