Our flight got delayed a day, so she had called to let them know we were delayed and that we would be there the next morning first thing to move everything out. The woman on the phone said that was okay she would let the girl who was working the next day know. Not very friendly or accommodating. They are not willing to work anything out with someone who is behind. Even when you want to pay money on the bill, that is not allowed and they want money paid in full or your belongings go to auction. How heartbreaking is that to have your belongings go to people you don't even know as they rummage through your belongings.
