Very lack in commacation with patients they need to inform them better on wait times not just say one thing then another they. To many excuse just stick to 1 not make up more to cover the first one train worker better on how they word there words. Not just say someone will be right in to do test and in really it's 30 minutes then stating they were unstaffed with no doctor in office. Should be honest about the wait time and understaff. Don't come on weekends. There over worked.
