dawn literally saved my day. I had a mishap at aveda (again) and I needed something done THAT DAY. Called the salon at 8:30am, got an appointment at 11:30am with dark brown hair and a gross ombré and 6 hours later (I needed to be stripped and have A LOT of hair) I walked out blonde. The woman is a magician with hair color and cutting. I'll never go anywhere else.
