Kenneth's car care has the best mechanics in kingwood.. we have been going to them for many many years..
Has been nothing but a terrible experience all around. I can't speak about all the employees there but the collision department is bad. Still trying to get my reimbursement from September for a rental extension. That extension was needed because they took awhile to repair my car and All-State (the person at fault's insurance) communicated with Kenneth's that they (Kenneth's) would have to start covering the rental because they were taking way too long. I had such a wonderful experience using Kenneth's to handle my minor collision repairs. I worked mostly with Tim Hicks who made him self available to answer my daily calls for updates. He was very knowledgeable and transparent with me for every step of the process. He also went above and beyond to get me the best deal on my repairs.
