As a female, most care repair places try to talk me into unnecessary services, but Craig will always suggest what he would personally do and what’s best for your car and wallet. I always feel comfortable here. Kenneth’s service is top class and trustworthy.

Kenneth’s is a diamond in the rough. Being a woman you worry about being charged too much and taken advantage of. Rest assured this will never happen to anyone here. They have kept a car of mine overnight and never charged me because they didn’t find anything. They are involved in the community and their CEO Craig is amazing. If you’re near Kingwood, TX, I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Kenneth’s. I am a woman who was almost charged $2,000.00 by a commercial company for a misdiagnosis on my vehicle because they assumed I wouldn’t check around for another opinion. I contacted Kenneth’s and received impeccable customer service with fair pricing. My repairs were $457 with tax versus the $2,000.00 Drivers Auto tried to charge me for parts and labor.
