At first the Dr was so nice...and his staff also...but after that 2nd visit...TERRIBLE...I went to him for a second opinion. I left him a voice message because I was having the SAME symptoms...no one ever called me back... I called back 2 weeks later and the young lady that answered the phone told me if I am having new symptoms I have to go in and see him... I said I saw not even a month ago..and its not new symptoms.. Today I met with Dr. Zide for the first time. Dr. Zide carefully listened to all my issues and concerns. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. It is wonderful when you find a doctor that you feel can really help you. This is the way I felt with Dr. Zide. I am grateful that I was referred to see Dr. Zide. Joel Strauss
