The office is incompetent! Make appointment for them to be 45 min or more late. People have jobs and our time is valuable too! They rescheduled me after wasting my time and gave me the wrong date. Are you kidding me. I’ve wasted 4 PTO hours on this to not be seen. Terrible! Takes months to get in to see this guy- to be completely disrespected!
Dr Wells and the staff is great. I had the surgery over 12 years ago, met the goals and kept it off. Dr Wells has led me through the years.

Office staff is beyond rude . My last visit I was yelled at for being late when I was early and standing in line to wait to check in . First visit they got mad I had to reschedule and said they didn’t know where to put me and promised to call me back next day . Never heard from anyone and they didn’t respond to my two online messages . The doctor does not recall my case . I have not seen any help it seems like a very generalized approach to care and not client centered .
