receptionist is unbelievable rude (to patients & staff) all the time, no matter how many are in waiting area or not. billing is extremely slow if at all & refusing to bill insurance. then putting a lien against patient what inept procedures set forth by Trapp !!! I would NEVER tell anyone about this business !!!!!!!!

Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this chiropractor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No, they are always spot-on

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive. Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Kind of. I still wasn't convinced Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? Somewhat, it was very uncomfortable

Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
