They understand many people (like me) go in there with anxiety for what a root canal may entail, and they bent over backward to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I just had 2 Root canals done w/in this last week & for anyone who knew about it, knew how incredibly scared & anxious i was about it all! I cried everyday before having them! After meeting w/Dr Riley to put a plan on paper I was able to walk out of the office feeling much less anxious & scared! I am 7mths pregnant so sedation wasn’t in my plan which made my emotions sky rocket! Dr Riley assured me it would be “a walk in the park”! He wasn’t lying! I had to get a root canal today. Dr. Parks did an excellent job. The entire staff was very nice, reassuring and kind. This was the best experience I have a with this procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Parks and Dr. Riley. Great overall experience!
