Dr Stoner tryed to pull out a back bottom wisdom tooth and knocked out my 3rd back Top tooth. Then charged My insurance to pull the tooth He Damaged! And refer me to A Surgeon. And I am missing a good tooth. Because of Dr Kennith E Stoner!
I love going to this office. They are kind, informative, and clear about my dental situation. It’s clean and well lit. I always feel comfortable and welcome.
The service was excellent.
Christna (the hygienist) is absolutely the best I have ever had, she makes me look forward to my next appointment! Her technique is thorough, precise but gentle, no pain! The desk staff is also friendly and helpful, waiting in the office is no problem.

Arrived early and waited 45 plus minutes for personal questions and a cleaning. Came back for a follow up appointment and they add HIV paperwork for me to sign for a blood test. All this for a teeth cleaning. Just doesn’t seem right to treat people and their time like they are less than because of my insurance is not their preferred carrier. I felt like you were kind of an asshole. You spoke to me for less than one minute and then got visibly frustrated I was asking more questions. Your bedside manner is awful and I can tell you’re kind of a prick in your private life. I have never been treated so poorly by a dentist...I don’t know what med school you dropped out of and became a dentist but I’m glad you’re not a real doctor lol.
Dr. Stoner, Christina, and the rest of the staff always take excellent care of me. I live overseas, but I when I travel to the States I always try to include enough time in Richmond to get dental work done - they are the only dental clinic I completely trust.
I hate being handed a form when I walk in the door that I could have filled out online in advance, or that could be pre-filled in prior to my visit so that I only have to make changes.
