I've gone to this practice for several years-- I love having the same hygienist and Dentist at every visit and the service is great!
I have been a patient of Dr. Stoner and Associates for over 30 years. When I relocated back in the Richmond area and was seeking a dentist Dr. Stoner had just started his practice. I recalled being asked what type of music did I like to hear in prep for my examination. What a strange request but the music I selected certainty relaxes me and lessen my stress level. As usual my service at Kenneth Stoner DDS was superb. The check and cleaning was done very professionally and I couldn't be more pleased!!
My two recent experiences have been a little frustrating. A week ago on Monday I called to try and schedule an "emergency" appointment for discomfort I was feeling. Because I had already requested Friday off I was hoping to be seen Friday. I was told I was locked into my location and could only be seen Wednesday at the remote Hopkins location. I go for my appointment on Wednesday and I'm told that systems are down, they are short-staffed, and are unsure of the wait time so I can either wait or reschedule. I choose to resched... read more

My visit at your establishment on 1/30/2020 was very inhumane. Your hygienist, Christine, treated me like I was beneath her with some racial overtones. She displayed passive aggressive behaviors ie. why are you here? (tone was very demeaning) after I questioned her about it she apologized, she was not gentle in taking my xrays, pulling the plastic instrument out of my mouth roughly, then she let the chair down and proceeded to put i buttocks in my face to the point that her butt touched my head.
