i was really happy with my experience with the plumbing team. i had an old, leaky gas line connected to my oven, and they responded quickly when i called. jacob came out, fixed the problem, and even added a shut-off valve because i asked for it. he also made sure my water heater pilot light was working again before he left. instead of the damaged gas line, jacob installed a longer, flexible line so now it's much easier to move my oven when i need to clean behind it. he explained my options and prices right after turning off ... read more

Benjamin from the plumbing team was outstanding! He got back to us first thing in the morning after we called late at night about our broken hot water heater. We had guests coming soon, so we really appreciated how quickly he came out and got to work. Benjamin spent the whole day taking out our old water heater and putting in a new one. He recommended upgrading some of our fixtures, set up a leak detection system, and added an overflow pipe that drains outside. We have been using Kenneth & Sons Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Recently, we had some grab bars put in our bathroom—really nice installation. today, our water heater wasn't giving enough hot water, so we called for help. the service guy, jacob, figured out that the temperature was just set too low and not that the heater needed to be replaced. he adjusted it and even came back after an hour to make sure everything was working fine. such great service, i recommend them to everyone looking for a reliable plumber.
