As with all MD waiting rooms, you & your child have to wait to be seen by the MDs. This doctors' office gets very busy but the wait time is short compared to other offices with similar volume. When the doctor sees your child, he/she will be in very good hands with the best pediatricians in the region. We have recommended Dr. Schiffer's office to countless family, friends and coworkers over the past 20+ years & received great feedback of their child's positive outcomes. It's all about your child.
Absolutely horrible!!!....first the waiting area is far from sterile...everything is covered in carpet including the seating which is probably never cleaned/steamed it smells like vomit and they have a bunch of dirty old disgusting toys laying around...next make sure you drive just in case you have to deliver your lab sample to the hospital...literally...had to drive to Lawrence hospital with a sick infant n drop off sample...I never in my life have had to do that this is an outrage!!!
Horrible office, rude staff, could care less about the patients. No organization and overall unprofessional.
