The office staff is efficient. I did not have to wait at all. All staff were professional and friendly. They followed through promptly with referrals. Sometimes a physician will be great but the office staff is not. That is not the case with Dr. Kenneth Weiss and Ortho South. They all work together extremely well as a team. That doesn't happen by accident. It speaks highly of Dr. Weiss that his team is so good. Both times I have seen Dr. Weiss, it has been a very helpful and extremely pleasant and informative experience.
Dr. Weiss and his staff are amazing. They really care about you. If you are looking for a great knee specialist this is the right place. I highly recommend Dr. Weiss.

Dr. Weiss was very patient. Very knowledgeable and took his time explaining my problem to me. His treatment plan for me is something I am more than willing to do. His as they say bedside manner was outstanding. Dr Weiss would get 20 stars from me.

Dr. Weiss has been caring for my arthritic shoulder since he repaired it's torn rotator cuff back in 2003. He is thorough, caring, compassionate, and explains everything to you in terms you can understand. I have referred several patients to him and they are all of the same opinion.
Having on going right shoulder pain radiating down arm - physical therapy hasn’t helped so Dr. Weiss gave me shots in shoulder and set up MRI. As a added note - I had rotator surgery on this shoulder approx 20 yrs.ago and no problems at all and Dr.Weiss was my Dr. then too. Very attentive to issues and nice .
