Dr. Rubin cleverly diagnosed my problem (not a GI problem) - immediatley made an appointment for me with a cardiologist - so he, quickly and decisively got me the treatment I needed. He's an excellent doctor, concerned for his patients, and capable of going where the evidence and symptoms lead him - whether within his specialty or outside of it.
Great DR!
Dr Rubin has been my GI dr for years but I feel he’s not as diligent as my GP has he was my gastroenterologist. Maybe money has taken over for patient care.
Nice person, seems knowledgeable but has a staff that pretends that anything that goes wrong is your fault and reschedules are least once every set appt
Professional, caring and clean. self check in procedure a bit complicated for older people. would be nice to have some relaxing music while in the prep area. 5 starts out of 5 !

Love Dr Rubin! I’ve been a patient for over 20 years and trust him completely; he’s gotten me through some very rough times with stomach ulcers.
He practices medicine as if it is 1965. He does not like questions from patients, rather telling them that he practices "good medicine" The excessive testing would weigh a reliance on tests and not diagnostic skill. Paternalistic and condensending
Excellent bedside manners.
