I've had to wait two to three hours to speak to staff on the phone. I've been told thirty minutes was too much time for staff to speak with me and was hung up on when half of the twenty minutes we did speak for I was back on hold after they finally answered. I've been told Dr Roth couldn't help me without the staff even pulling up the patient profile. I have waited weeks for a response via email with no follow up at all so am forced to phone for any information. The office staff is horrendous, it is almost unbelievable excep... read more

Can say enough how disappointed I am. After several calls and never being called back to make an appointment waiting over 40 minutes each time on hold. "Your the 9th in line". Such a joke. I've seen all the nurse practitioners over all the years and maybe Dr. Roth four times in 15 years. The previous comment was right, if you're lucky you'll get 10 minutes with him.

My mom called me crying after seeing Dr. Roth. He implied her pain was psychosomatic instead of inquiring about her rib pain. She had to go to an ER to receive an assessment and diagnosis of inflamed rib cartilage. This physician is very insensitive and will focus on his preconceived ideas of you while making your appointment as fast as possible.

My initial appointment with Dr Roth was less than 10 minutes of him questioning me. He focused on my weight immediately, which is higher than I want right now, yes..but not to obesity. I informed him what I was doing to get back on track. And then let him know my main issue at time was to get an endocrinologist referral after moving cross country just months before. I never got the referral for that, but got one for a weight management doctor. How insulting can you be after one appointment when I’ve stated I’m working hard o... read more
