Thought about if I committed solicited in your office if you’d then slow down and take the time to be concerned for a patient today. Doesn’t listen always in a hurry lately. Didn’t let me address all my many injuries fully then is too lazy to renew an accommodation so if can continue to lay down on a futon in my office on breaks from work because my back is in so much pain. I called Dr Roth office waited for the operator to confirm my appointment because I received a text that it's 4:45pm . Instead of 4pm however she could not get a hold of anyone at the office. Once I arrived around 4:26 pm saw them just chatting no customer and they were not busy and I was not heard . employees and new supervisor just wanted to be right and missed my appointment. I have been going to dr. Roth for over 20 years and never had this problem.

I've had to wait two to three hours to speak to staff on the phone. I've been told thirty minutes was too much time for staff to speak with me and was hung up on when half of the twenty minutes we did speak for I was back on hold after they finally answered. I've been told Dr Roth couldn't help me without the staff even pulling up the patient profile.
