Ken is a true native of the area. He knows his way around. He is always looking out for his clients' best interests. Our investment properties are performing well and we never have vacancy or tenant problems. Of course we deal with landlord responsibilities but we know if we ever need any assistance we can always reach out to Ken for a solution. We were nervous about becoming landlords and couldn't be happier that we found Ken.
Kenneth Rose has been very helpful in working with our company relocation needs and we know that with his commanding knowledge of southern Montgomery County he will always be able to match us up with the right tenants. His team is very responsive, polite and knowledgeable. They get things done.
