My experiences with dentistry done by Ken Johnson & his hygienist were superb, however interactions with other staff within this practice were beyond deplorable. I’m aware of extenuating circumstances within cancellation policies with other healthcare practices. That said, I have never encountered a healthcare practice which did not allow for any leniency within their cancellation policies. Great dental office! Diane is a great dental hygienist! The receptionist is nice and kind! Ken is very knowledgeable and friendly!
It's probably not possible to find a dentist who is more talented and competent than Dr. Johnson anywhere on the planet..Honestly. He's done crowns, fillings, a molar extraction, and an amazingly perfect tooth reconstruction for me, none of which has ever needed any rework. Of "true professionals" or "experts" in any field, he is definitely one of them. *Update: I continue to be impressed with the lasting quality of the work I've had done here. Incredible.

This office has many updates to make..starting with how x-rays are handled and transferred. It's 2023 people, x-rays must be able to be sent electronically!
