The office got me in at the last minute for a dental infection 5/19/22. Dr. Paticoff is sharp, experienced & very nice. The extraction was painless. He explained everything. The assistants were great. The office staff was helpful & answered my questions post-op. The best ever!

Went yesterday to have extractions. This was my second time there. He is very fast, and i had NO pain at all when the Novocain wore off. He’s a nice guy too. Staff is friendly, nice office. No complaints here. Will go back for sure.

His office staff is rude and unprofessional . My daughter developed an infection post surgery that he performed and he would not see her for a follow up appointment thankfully our regular dentist was able to and treated her with an antibiotic. He has yet to call us to check on my daughter after multiple calls to inform him of her infection . After reading many reviews we have found a lot of patients are saying they had similar experiences . We will be reporting him to NYS board as he is an unsafe surgeon.

I walked in there in pain and very scared and walked out well and happy. What more can I say!!! I felt warmth and compassion from his staff also... especially his assistant.

Dr Paticoff's office was able to schedule me immediately for an emergency appointment. His dental assistant and surgical assistant Ana were VERY helpful and attentive. I felt NO discomfort during or after the surgical procure. I was able to sit as long as needed until I felt able to get up and leave. It is important to know your dental benefit plan and any costs you are responsible for before treatment. The front desk may ask for some payment,but may not be necessary. Know your insurance coverag

Very pleasant demeanor; information; good listener; quality workmanship. Rather than trying to maximize his income, by urging me to get 4 implants at once, Dr. Paticoff recommended that I get 2 implants (upper molars on on each side) first and then decide if I wanted to spend the additional money to get the other 2 behind them. I got the 2 and I am very happy with them. I might get the other 2, but I can chew adequately with the teeth I have now.

Dr. Partticoff's office decided to take my copay after my surgery while i was still out of it from being sedated. They took 250 from me and i did not know it. To me this is very unethical and immoral. I was there an your befo re the y could have explained the charges. I got a refund 3 months later for the charges. I was skipped over my appointment time for 2 walk in cash paying patients. I was rushed in knocked out two wisdom teeth yanked out the adjacent tooth chipped sewn up poorly and booted out my friend was told to hurr... read more
