Run away! Only got him because he was working at the hospital that day. Destroyed a car and almost died because he mismanaged my medicine. Office staff a complete joke. Different people every time I go in. Wonder why
Ken Martinez is an awful doctor - I'd advise against using him however possible. My family and I went for a follow up appointment with him regarding a very serious neurological diagnosis he had given my father. We had honest questions-trying to wrap our heads around what is going on with my father and Ken could not be more belligerent, argumentative and insensitive. Dr Martinez gave me an excellent appraisal on my first visit for my ongoing chronic migraine and then I was in the care of an excellent PA from there. Never have to wait for my appointments and support staff is excellent.

I actually saw his PA. She is the most kind gentle caring dr I have seen in many years, she listened to my ailments she truly is an angel, she was empathetic and scheduled my Botox treatment for the very next week. When I returned for my treatment she was awesome. I am a migraine suffer for over 15yrs and just moved back to SoCal i also have failed back syndrome so I see many drs. And she is absolutely an angel. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Each app I was out under an hour!!!
I was seen by a condescending physicians assistant who lost all interest in the appointment when I turned down Botox treatment for my migraines. She then proceeded to tell me that a medication that had worked well for me was frowned upon by their clinic and the industry in general, ignoring the fact that it has worked well for me individually.
Charged my for extra work not performed, cancelled existing appointments with no follow up appts. Will not return phone calls after numerous messages regarding billing and appointments.
This was by far the easiest and most positive medical office experience I've had in years. The front staff was exceptional, I did not have to wait past my scheduled appointment time, everything was very clean, and all of my needs and questions were taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Martinez and his staff to my family, friends, and even strangers!
Good Doctor, with BAD paranoia. He is ALWAYS right. He's great, until he's not. It may be a few years in, and he'll still blame you for his mistake, then refuse to see you. A NEUROLOGIST, for Heaven's sake. Emotional issues?
