It took me along time to find a Dr that I felt comfortable with and listened to me on issues I was going through. Dr Ortiz helped with a list of problems that he did a great job. Not a Dr to throw medications at you and that I felt I had a choice of care as well. I am saddened Dr Ortiz will no longer be at San Ysidro Health but hope changing insurance that I will still be able to see as patient. Thank You for all you do! Darlene Ayotte
