Dr. Mooney is the best! He is always kind and understanding of my unfortunately severely painful in attacks, "Trigeminal Neuralgia." He is also very professional, courteous, and caring. Would have been lost without him. God bless him always!
Wait times at Akron Ent are terrible. I have waited over an hour both times for Dr Mooney. And it's not even like he seems to spend a good amount of time with you. My husband also comes to see Dr mooney and waits a very long time normally.
It was such a relieving time for me with Dr. Mooney today. Few days ago, I put myself into a problem when trying to clean wax in my ear by myself. Things got very bad, I accidently pushed the wax way too deep into my left ear and even marked some scratches on the skin inside my ear. My left ear lost 90% hearing ability. I tried to use the Debrox (contains carbamide peroxide) to loose up the wax. It did not work, things got even worse since the chemical irritated my ear skin badly, probably due to the scratches). Saw Dr. Mooney today and he was wonderful with attending to my ear issues. He's kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Couldn't of been more attentive and answering all my questions. The whole staff was wonderful. Highly recommend.
