Drove for about 1 hour to get to this appointment scheduled at 12:40pm and the receptionist Kayla doesn't even get back from her lunch until 12:50pm. EXTREMELY inconvenient!!!!! Haven't even met the doctor yet and my experience is already not the greatest.
