Was referred here by my best bud, this is his father’s practice. He helped me on immediate notice as I had a serious lower back injury on a weekend if I recall outside of normal business hours. Very cool of Ken, however; he insisted I pay cash rather than use my insurance which I didn't want to do. I paid my co-pay 20-25$ and then was billed for additional services! Dr. Crandell was able to resolve an issue my doctor, specialist, physical therapist, acupuncturist, pain killers, ointments, muscle relaxers, etc. could not. He's an awesome listener and very careful. His business worked with my insurance provider.
