Dr. Kress and his staff are very professional and responsive. I would highly recommend Dr. Kress to anyone contemplating knee replacement surgery!
Dr. Kress and his team were amazing! Their care and bedside manner during the procedure were unbelievably awesome. I had both hips replaced within 3 1/2 months in the fall. Recovery was quick, easy, and void of pain. Superior service.
Absolutely OUTSTANDING!! Dr. Kress has replaced both of my hips and the surgeries went extremely well. My first replacement was eight years ago, and my second replacement was in December 2022. His attention to detail, and his genuine caring attitude was very much appreciated. Dr. Kress is extremely knowledgeable with outstanding bedside manner!
Tried to make an appointment with Dr. Kress. A physician friend recommended him because I had gotten conflicting messages regarding my knee . I was told I need to see a PA 1st . I was not sure but I followed procedure.. What I 1st saw was the PA assist which was troubling and then briefly the PA. Then I was told to schedule surgery. I said I never met the Dr. and the office said I would meet him before surgery. I could not believe that a Dr. would not look at my knee prior to surgery. I did not schedule surgery . I appreciate and am thankful for Dr. Kress along with his whole team working together in taking such excellent care of me. I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands day of my surgery. I have never had such professional care and open communication as I have with everyone. Dr. Kress never made me feel rushed at my appointments and all questions he answered thoroughly. I never hesitate to spread the good news of my experience!
I was very nervous - almost cancelled my surgery thinking that I could postpone for another year even, but did proceeded as scheduled. Best experienc!! Doctor, nurses, surgical team, hospital, staff for physical therapy - I could say much about this team of excellent providers. I followed all instructions and was released from Dr. Kress right on schedule. Don't postpone if you're considering surgery; I'm so glad I had this done and behind me. I am back to full activities and feeling so much better.
Excellent surgeon, staff, and facility. I cannot imagine a better experience for knee replacement than Dr Kress and his organization. I’d suffered through years of pain, injections, therapy when I discovered this doctor. Both knees were replaced within weeks of each other, and now I am absolutely pain free. I wish I had done it earlier!
