The personal warmth and compassionate dialogue with DR. Kress. Plus he has a sense of humor which I thoroughly enjoyed. A good laugh always helps.
From my very first appointment with Doctor Kress, (he’s replaced two hips and one knee) he listened to my concerns and fears. He took his time and never rushed through anything. He addressed my every concern. Dr. Kress gave me all the information and always left the final decision up to me. He never pressures you into unneeded surgery! I had knee replacements in both of my knees with Dr. Kress. They were done 5 months apart with great success. I strongly recommend Dr. Kress and his team to everyone needing knee replacements. I am 80 years old and was back to driving and normal activities in less than 2 weeks.
Dr. Kress and his excellent team were extremely professional and easy to talk to, answering all questions and concerns about processes, procedures, and post-op treatment quickly and without hesitation. I was very satisfied with all of my contacts with Dr. Kress and his team during their hip replacement program, including the initial caregivers' meeting, and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the surgery and the online post op follow up and physical therapy program that was provided.
Dr. Kress was amazing with both of my knee replacements. The care of his staff was above and beyond. My recovery was amazing as well!
My surgery went great and my first 2 weeks of rehab were perfect. Then I developed an infection. The team sprang into action and handled the problem promptly, professionally and successfully. Infection only happens 1-2% of all surgeries but when it happens, you want skilled care.
Dr Kress, His entire staff, staff of the surgery center and anesthesiologist and nurse anesthesia were all excellent
