Dr. Kress has handled both of my knee replacements and I have been thoroughly pleased. Both procedures went without any hitch and the recovery time was next to nothing. Both Dr. Kress and his team has been very attentive and made sure every detail was handled very well. I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences, my doctor and his team!!!
I had hip replacement surgery on both hips this past year. Dr. Kress was great. He explained the surgery and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him. His staff was very helpful as well.
Excellent. In pre-op visits Dr Kress and his Nurses/PA all were never in a hurry. They gave simple, clear explanations, instructions and answers to my detailed questions. I trusted them completely. Post-op that trust was rewarded. I have a new, healthy knee, and the after-care recommendations for treatment and recovery have been equally professional and positive. I would recommend anyone I know to see Dr Kress.
Dr. Kress performed THA 3/2019. As a medical professional, I was appalled at the quality of medical care I received by Dr. Kress and his “care” team post-operatively. Had complications from day one. Posted concerns on patient communications portal (Formed?) to Kress & Care team, but was unable to get concerns communicated to Dr. Kress. Called his office and got no response. Dr. Kress and his team are excellent. Dr. Kress and his PT team had me doing PT prior to surgery. WHAT!!! I did the exercises the best I could with a bad right hip. Looking back, this extra work before the surgery allowed a crazy fast recovery. Dr Kress is fabulous, all I can say. Oh. And I saw 2 surgeons for my hip before I discovered Dr. Kress.
From top to bottom this is how medicine should be practiced and done. The support staff was fantastic and Dr. Kress is second to none. The physical therapy team and Force App made my recovery a breeze. Much thanks to the entire team. Highly recommend!
When I realized I needed hip replacement surgery I reached out to multiple friends and other sources to get recommendations for a surgeon. When three unrelated people came back to me with the same name I knew that Dr. Kress was the only one that I would allow do my surgery. The entire process was phenomenal and I am so happy that I went with Dr. Kress and his team. I was back on my feet quicker than I thought humanly possible and I will be forever grateful to them.
