Dr. Easterling was a blessing to find! I previously had Carpal tunnel surgery five years ago by another Doctor. This time I decide to try Dr. Easterling and I was happy I did! Dr. Easterling used a different process to cut the carpal collar, which made recovery much quicker and less painful. I'm so happy I waited to have the second surgery. Do not use this Dr. The doctor is great but the staff will ruin your life. They will report you to a collection bureau and ruin your credit while waiting for insurance! I had to pay the office what I owed, then was told to send in an extra 40% because they hired a collection agency. I had to pay the collection agency AFTER I ALREADY PAID DOCTOR just to get it off my credit report. Because the doctors office is mad at me for a bad review they refused to communicate with the collectors.
Dr. Easterly get has no bedside manners. The first visit he decided to skip the anesthesia prior to the injection on my spous's hand. He was cold and distant.. We complained about his action and the different treatment towards my spouse when the patient next door he applied anesthesia. I guess he assume we don't speak English. Today was my spouse's second visit. He made sure to apply anesthesia so much so that my asked him what's wrong. Needless to say I would not recommend him.
Dr. Easterling runs a tight ship. He and his staff are disciplined, organized, and friendly. During the time that I was a patient I never had to wait beyond the scheduled time of my appointment. Altogether it was a pleasant experience.
Dr. Easterling did carpal tunnel release surgery in both my hands. He's a great surgeon; I never had any post-operative pain, and my recuperation was fast. I highly recommend him!
