Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Before performing my adjustment, they didn't explain the method or procedure at all. I had no idea what they were doing to me and was completely unprepared. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. I disagree with the prior review.. Ken Beck is awsome.. he will go out of his way to see you . He came in on his day off because I was in so much pain. I have been going to see him for years now and can honestly say he is the best. He doesn't have you come back in the office for a second visit unless it is really needed. I have been to some doctors who make you come back twice a week and you don't even need it.
