I absolutely love this dentist! This is one of the best dental specialty groups I've been to. They have done so many things for us. They always make room for appointments and are so helpful! The staff is my favorite part! They are so kind and caring and they are always there to hear your concerns. They love to help you to be more comfortable and safe. I’ve been going to Dr. Cartter for years. I’m never had a bad experience. I don’t live in the desert now but still make the trip for dental appointments.
This facility does a great job with customer service; however, with actual care, they do not do a great job with procedures. I had a root canal done by multiple doctors “root canal specialist” and was done improperly and having issues with it and constant pain or sensitivity. When I brought the sensitivity to one of the one of the root canal specialists they stated it would get better and now 7 months later it is very sensitive to hot/cold a temperatures. I went once. It was horrible an experience. Cleaning was just ok but the dentist himself didn’t seem to care, wasn’t professional and spent almost no time with me. Reception and management staff seemed either poorly trained or lacking aptitude, likely both. It was a bad experience all around and I couldn’t recommend them to anyone.
