Dr. Hancock messed up what should have been a routine filling that needed to be adjusted three times and has left me with pain months after being seen. When I tried to inquire about the ongoing problem (last time he adjusted it), he rushed me out of the chair saying I might “just” need a root canal. Great. This was a perfectly healthy tooth when I walked in there and Medicaid doesn’t cover root canals. Save yourself the grief.
My crown looks amazing! Was thorough and didn’t feel it. He was kind and love the staff. Recommend!!!!!
Dr Hancock and staff were very professional ,gracious and kind!
I always feel welcomed here. The staff is laid back and helpful. Dr. Hancock did a great job on my cleaning and filling and I would recommend him to anyone.

This guy does not deserve a star as he is a very Rude and Obnoxious person who has NO good chair side manners! He did a Horrible job of doing the work for my teeth removal and the dentures I received from him are to say the least sub par. his office was dirty and his cubicle where your fitted from your dentures was filthy. (have pictures to prove my points). He is a bottom feeder and I would NOT Recommend him to pull my dogs teeth. I have had nothing but pain and mouth issues since he did the horrible work in my mouth. I have been to several different Dentist in the Olympia Area. I have found few Dentist with the professionalism that I find at Dr. Hancock office ,not including how considerate and friendly they are. His receptionist handles all her responsibilities marvelously and I love their reminder system for appointments.
