It was a dynamic professional team of RN Mariah, RN Jane, RN Ann & Dr. Berman. They were prompt, professional, superbly competent with a reassuring good bedside manner. It seemed to be a medical team with excellent synergy & positive demeanor. Respectful treatment without the negative cold attitude of treating a patient as another number instead of a human being. Each team member demonstrated confident medical acumen.

Dr. Berman's clear detailing of the procedure created an atmosphere of calm, all the while communicating his competence. It was not until I arrived home did I become aware of the depth of the somatically stored emotional charge that existed with respect to the procedure. The doctor and staff failed to do their due diligence and familiarize themselves with my medical situation properly and treated me like every other client they typically deal with (which is not acceptable for my health care experience and dollars)... I was not sedated properly as I had requested and was awake for every minute of the pain and discomfort of the procedure that I had hoped to avoid by requesting the sedation in the first place.
