I went to my dentist after my crown was finished with a toothache only to find out my tooth needed a root canal. I was not happy to say the least, but I did understand the reasons. I was given Dr. Goldstein's brochure (very nice and informative) I never expected the treatment I began to get from the very first phone call, everyone is so nice. Love, love, love - Dr. Goldstein! He wasn't covered under my plan and so it was expensive - but it was worth every penny! Caring, professional, completely painless. And I should know - he did 5 root canals on me over 5 years. My cousin who is a dentist told me to always go to an endodontist for root canals and he was right - I had my dentist do one of mine and it was awful -- primitive procedure compared to what I was used to at Dr. Goldstein's. I have never been to a Doctor for treatment of any kind and felt as if I had visited with good friends. The office staff are the kindest and best. Sweet, talkative, explained everything regarding my insurance (even with my being an insurance idiot). They were not on my dental plan but collected based on my plan. Dr Goldstein treated me on two different occasions for root canal work. He was calm, explaining the procedures to me, and all were ultimately successful.
There is no better endodontist than Dr. Goldstein. Over the last 6 years, he has taken care of me, my parents, and my siblings. He is kind, patient, and takes the time to check up on his patients post-procedure. His office staff makes the root canal experience as calm as it can be. If my daughter is ever unlucky enough to need endodontic treatment, Dr. Goldstein is the only one I would trust to care for her.
This office is wonderful. I have a great fear of dentists and Dr. Goldstein and his staff were awsome! I left thinking that I had visited with friends. The cost was reasonable - even the fact they are not on insurance plans they file and do not collect 100% up front. Another bonus I found was they quote a fee and that is what it is. I know I have found my doctor for root canals. How refreshing to be in a comfortable and relaxing doctors office with no waiting. Thank you Dr. Ken!
I went to Dr. Goldstein's office in Marietta and it was a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were super friendly and eased my fearfulness. Dr. Goldstein worked with my fears about having a root canal and made my visit a great experience. I hope I do not need another root canal but I know where I am going if I do. A super office, great staff and a wonderful, caring Doctor.
