BEWARE!!!! I wish 0 stars were an option because Kenneth Gardens does not even deserve 1 … This was my first apartment ever and they have made this experience absolutely horrible, I regret picking this as my home immensely. First off, management and maintenance are incredibly irresponsible and inattentive. Countless calls that go unanswered and uncared for. Ok place to live in. A couple problems they need to resolve to be a better place: 1- Parking 2- Front desk worker 3- Maintenance 4- Noise 5- Bad smells
