I had nose surgery today with Dr. Kenneth Garay after a nose fracture. He did an excellent job. From the first visit, he explained everything clearly and made me feel calm and confident. His experience really shows. During the surgery and after, I felt safe, supported, and well cared for. His team was also very kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs nose surgery or has a nose injury.
The lady on the front desk was very rude and unprofessional, then the doctor sees me insists there is Nothing wrong with me after half checking me For 5 seconds, I then go to another ear doctor hat is not him or has no affiliation with him and get diagnosed with an ear infection , this office is a joke and the doctor needs to resign immediately there are too many complaints against him
So far so good. Dr. Garay saw me, heard me and answered all questions. Referred me to necessary procedures for thoroughness. Even reached out to my specialist for me as I needed medical clearance and everything was done very quickly and efficiently. We have a very good rapport, day of surgery I made a joke and he quipped with me, helped set me at ease. I've been suffering for more than 2 yrs. w my previous ENT Dr.,giving me antibiotic evertime I see him without doing any tests w my concern.With Dr Garay,he reffered me for CT Scan and saw blockage on my nasal.He did the surgery on August 26,2024,in just 2 mos.of waiting for my clearance and everything.
