Dr. Starling is professional, extremely competent, and makes his patients very comfortable. My daughter began consultations with him when she was 8 because we knew she would need a cross-bite correction and braces at some point. We never paid a dime until she was ready to begin treatment at age 13. Also, he doesn't "nickel and dime" you to death. Dr. Starling started seeing my son when he was 5. We never paid for those visits until he had an appliance in his mouth. The braces were much less expensive than my peers have paid elsewhere. The treatment was very effective. Every member of the staff including Dr. Starling were just wonderful to deal with and great with my son....even when it was difficult.
Dr. Starling's office is absolutely phenomenal! He is very personable and professional. He is up to date on the lastest technology and treatment options. His staff is extremely professional, sweet, and well-trained. There are all very knowledgable and helpful. The office is very well organized and there is never a long wait at your appointment. This is one of the best run practices we have encountered in any of our healthcare providers. The computerized appointment system is easy and works well. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and very professional. My son has special needs and they accomodate him well.
