Dr. Hooton is personable, knowledgeable and very professional. I am very particular about my eyesight and he accommodates my needs well. His staff is friendly and helpful. I have recommended Dr. Hooton and his clinic for well, decades now.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hooton's for about a year and a half, and he is by far one of the best eye doctors I've had. Due to my eye condition, I have seen many eye doctors over the last 20 years and Dr. Hooten and his office staff are one of the best. He is very attentive and has really shown he cares about my needs. Whenever I need help, their optician Lucy has also been most helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions. I would highly recommend Clear View Vision to anyone and ever
Dr. Hooton does a fine job with the exam. He is not the problem. The problem is with his office and how they overcharge customers. You would think with a standard eye exam that would include a full prescription for glasses or contacts but it doesn't. We won't be going back. Save yourself the headache of dealing with his office crew and find someone else.
I have seen Dr Hooten for years. So has my family. Dr Hooten does a really good job. The staff are very clean & very professional. I love that they know how to answer all of my questions. I sometimes will order prescription sunglasses online. I loose them all of the time, so I go with as cheap a pair as I can. The front staff was very helpful. They got me the prescription & the measurements required for my online ordered. I would highly recommend Dr Hooten and have to many family & friends.
I went to Dr. Hooton because he was highly rated, but would never go back nor recommend him. The office is older and they didn't clean the exam equipment between patients. I also opted to purchase glasses online, so they gave me an Rx without the full prescription. When I asked about getting the full Rx, they said that they charge extra for that. I felt like they had made money on me already with the exam and the upgraded eye photo, so an accurate Rx should be standard. Not impressed at all.
