Dr. Ostmo was my primary physician. He was attentive, listened to what I said, kind, and included me in my care. He always, every time, asked if there was anything else I needed or wanted to ask. He was the perfect doctor. Not sure why he.left his location, but I am trying to watch and see if he relocated. What a loss his employer has.
I can't speak to Dr. Ostmo's abilities as a physician — we never got the chance to find out. What I can speak to is how his practice is run, and it's been a frustrating experience from start to finish. My wife and I scheduled back-to-back appointments nearly five months out — that's how far booked he was. We arranged childcare, adjusted our work schedules, and planned accordingly. Kenneth Ostmo is the best doctor. He is kind, patient, and talks to his clients instead of barking orders.
Dr. Ostmo makes a point to always listen to my concerns or explain my health issues. I have never felt as if I was being rushed out to run the next patient in.
I can’t say enough about Dr. Ostmo and I feel so fortunate to be his patient. He is calm and puts you at ease. I have had some complex and challenging health issues the past year and he has found the answers and helped me get my health back. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything so clearly.
