Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients.
The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed.
