I have been a patient of Dr. Silvestri for over 30 years. He was the first prosthodontist in RI and his skills are outstanding. He discovered a lump in my neck area and said to see my thyroid doctor immediately. It turned out to be stage 4 thyroid cancer. Dr. Silvestri is conscientious, professional and cares about his patients. Office is clean, professional and friendly. One could not ask for more. If anyone deserves a 5 star rating, it is Dr. Silvestri.

I had a very difficult case, five 30+yr old crowns failing at the same time. Doc made it seem easy and the results are amazing.

Over a year ago, I was treated by Dr Silvestri to replace a missing tooth i had removed. After the area healed, Dr Silvestri made a bridge on me. The in house lab did a great job completing this process within 4 weeks. I had no pain or discomfort and the final result was excellent. I would recommend his office because he and his staff were wonderful and showed they care a lot about their patients.

I was treated by Dr. Sylvestri recently. He completed a porcelain fused to metal fixed bridge. It was completed within six weeks since he has an in office dental lab. There was no pain or discomfort and the final result was excellent. I would recommend his office because he and his staff are experienced professionals who genuinely care about their patients. A five star recommendation is definitely eared

Over the last several years, Dr Silvestri has done extensive dental work on me such as fixed crowns and removable partial dentures. I find he is conscientious with his treatment along with a compassionate attitude. As a prosthetic specialist, his fees were reasonable. His in house lab made it easier to communicate with my needs for shades and size of teeth for my crowns. Also his clinical staff Marie and Deanna, his hygienist and front desk staff are all excellent. I would definitely give him 5 stars.

Dr. Silvestri has masterful hands, whomever he works on are immediate fans, I left his office with glorious teeth, prettier than any chic Christmas wreath! I salute you, my wonderful talented friend, may your practice go on and never end!

I love my new crowns!! Dr. Kenneth Silvestri gave me back my smile and confidence!! My crowns were not easy to put in and his expertise is absolute perfection. He truly cares about his patients and loves his profession. Also, the staff is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Silvestri and give him a 5 star rating.

I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire team was friendly, helpful and more than accommodating. I just got my new temporary crowns put in today and Dr Silvestri did a fantastic job. I knew they were going to look great but they're even better than I imagined! Highly recommended all around.
