Dr Cooper is a very kind and understanding doctor. He really listens to his patients,I feel heard everytime I see him.
Beware here,, Dr Cooper did my surgery,, OSWEGO OFFICE 3,-4 messages go unanswered but when i left this bad review they called NEXT DAY !!! I was sent to thier office for weight loss surgery due to really bad arthritis in my knees after a crash and have had nothing but trouble since the surgery.. I was in wicked, wicked pain every time i ate for over a year because insurance wouldnt pay for him to go in and look because he wouldnt admit it had anything to do with HIS gastro surgery,, I had To go to another Dr office for help... read more
