I have been going to this store for years! Everytime I go the engraving is fast, the sales ladies are very nice and helpful! I recomment this store to anybody who needs a great gift!
I don't know what's wrong with this guy but I am a frequent shopper at this establishment and the staff has been nothing but friendly and courteous going out of their way to assist me with all of my requests. Things Remembered in the Northpark Mall is the only store I choose to frequent when needing engraved items.
Staffs are very rude in this location. They misspelled my engraving and without saying sorry or nothing they told me you have to wait another 1 hour to redo your order. The blond girl was trying to screw the photo album together and then damaged the photo sheet. When I asked to change the sheet, she denied rudely that I didn't damage that and we can't change it.
