It's obvious Donna was born to do hair. She is brilliant, best hair artist I have experienced.
Donna is awesome pleasant plus and very skilled
Donna was nice and has done great work on other clients. However on my hair it was not great! When I called she blamed it on me and my miscommunication and said she will personally cut me a check out of her pocket to refund me for the color that I had fixed at another salon after 2 days of trying to get ahold of Donna. Today I get a call saying that they will not give a refund till they see what was done to my hair... fair enough!
