Natalie Hill is the best! Before every appointment, she takes the time to sit me down and talk through our plan, making sure we're completely on the same page. She really listens and ensures both of our visions align. Before she even picks up the scissors, she shows me in the mirror and checks that I’m comfortable with the amount she’s about to cut. Danielle Felicio with Kenneth Brown has been doing my hair for about 3 years now, and my hair has never felt better. We've done base color, highlights, haircuts over my time with her and I've never left the salon feeling anything less than stellar. I had a hard time finding someone who knows how to handle my texture and dark color, but Danielle just knows what to do. She's also just an incredibly kind human being, and the time flies by in her chair because she's so fun to talk to! I can't recommend her enough!
