Dr. Wiesner is the best Rheumatologist in California as people traveled from all parts of the state to seek his help. As I was in the waiting room the other patients told me so. Some had lupus as was first suspected of me. He sent me to Hematologist Oncologist and was diagnosed with Bone Marrow cancer. This doctor worked 10 to 12 hours and longer a day to help as many patients as was possible. He is a great doctor and compassionate human. Thank you for being also a friend. Richard Gerstner.

I had an appointment set for 630 am on Wed 11/27 I received a call from the office receptioinist on Tues Nov 26th telling my that my appointment had to moved to 1:30 pm on 11/27. On my way to the appointment my car broke down and I had to be towed to a garage. I spoke the receptionist and told her I would not be able to make the appointment. I called the office on Monday to tell them I was having a flare up and asked if they could have the doctor recommend a dosage of medicine for me. I never heard back?? Dr. Wiesner has been my rheumatologist for forty-one yrs. He’s been the most wonderful doctor I’ve ever had! His dedication to his patients is beyond compare. He listens, asks good questions, answers all my questions, does thorough joint exams every visit and provides excellent solutions and treatment in the most complex situations. All I can say is that Dr. Kenneth Wiesner was the BEST Rheumatologist I ever had and had not found one that could compare. I have gotten worst over the years and not that young person I was back then. So praying he welcomes me back. He saved me life back in 2002. What I can remember I will never forget. Dr. Wiesner is a fantastic doctor who is extremely thorough, listens well, and genuinely cares. His office staff is very helpful. They tell you up front his wait times are long because he doesn’t cut off appointment times with patients. He does indeed spend as much time as you need. I waited over an hour both times, but knowing this ahead of time made it okay. I don’t doubt my care is in good hands.

Dr. was thorough and knowledgeable. The biggest challenge with this office is getting follow up calls or info for prescriptions and tests. The office phone line is staffed from 9-3 and is difficult to get through on. Additionally, you can't leave messages when they don't answer. In my experience promised follow up and return calls from the staff was either slow or did not happen.
