I am a veteran that the VA referral out to Lewis family dentistry. I have been going here for years and because of a review I wrote on 20 Feb 24 which was my son birthday that they didn't like they stop seeing me. I an appointment that day at 10:30 am but they call me and asked could I come in early like 10:10. I said sure no problem, but they end up not seeing me until like 11: 45 am. My whole family started using this office a couple of months ago! I am so happy that I found them:-) my whole family suffered from fear and anxiety of going to past dentist and having horrible experiences. From day one this office has been absolutely great. We've always felt at ease . Today I go in for my last appointment for 3 months!!!!! Chip, Renee, Cindy, Sue and Rachel and everyone else have been great! Thanks from the Siebert family!!!! We love you guys!!!!!!
recommend extra work that is not medically necessary, do extra work and bill more than the amount agreed prior. (experience from my daughter)
