I agree that there were some issues regarding the massage convey from call office to Doctor office. I myself talked to Dr Shore about this matter. Afterthat this issue was resolved and honestly now there is no issue for conveying messages. I am patient of Dr Shore for the last fifteen years.Nobody can challenge his perfect diagnose and perfect treatment .
Absolutely horrible medical office. Call center does not relay messages to office and it’s 3 months and 3 visits to office to straighten out medical request and prescription. I will give a negative review if there is!!!!! Ready to file complaint to medical board or health department. I’ll find out
Dr. Shore is very knowledgeable, kind and explains in great detail on the issue we are talking about that I am having. He also went out of his way for me to get checked at another facility on an issue I had that I was worried about. I have been going to him for over 20 years. I would and have highly recommended him to my friends, and family.
