Absolutely horrible medical office. Call center does not relay messages to office and it’s 3 months and 3 visits to office to straighten out medical request and prescription. I will give a negative review if there is!!!!! Ready to file complaint to medical board or health department. I’ll find out
Dr. Shore is very knowledgeable, kind and explains in great detail on the issue we are talking about that I am having. He also went out of his way for me to get checked at another facility on an issue I had that I was worried about. I have been going to him for over 20 years. I would and have highly recommended him to my friends, and family.
I have been a patient of Dr. Kenneth Shore since 2001, and I can confidently say he is the best doctor in Dallas. Dr. Shore exemplifies the qualities one seeks in a physician: he is patient, kind, intelligent, and personable. His expertise and compassionate approach have consistently made my healthcare experience exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Shore to anyone seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable doctor.
Horribly unorganized office forget it
These days it’s difficult to get 10 minutes to talk with a doctor, Sr Shore takes the time to listen without making you feel the clock is ticking. He is very attentive and extremely knowledgeable in the many areas I have seen him for over the past 30+ years. My biggest concern is when he retires. Is there Really any other Dictor out there who cares as he does for his patients well being??
